WHERE CAN I GET TO KNOW ALL THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT REGARDING MY QUESTIONS RELATED TO ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES AND/OR THE ACADEMIC TRAINING?
1. For the official processes (the programmes, their conditions, mentor issues, Immigration Office processes, etc.), you should contact the relevant administrative colleague of the International Office (LIST) .
2. For the study programmes and everything regarding them (courses, credits, Neptun system, teachers), you should contact your faculty coordinator or the faculty officer (LIST) .
I AM PLANNING TO APPLY FOR THE PROGRAMME, BUT I DO NOT HAVE AN IELTS / TOEFL ENGLISH CERTIFICATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The University of Miskolc accepts official documents, signed and stamped by the university which issued the applicant's degree, stating that the language of instruction was English and the studies were completed in English.
AM I GOING TO RECEIVE ANY SUPPORTING LETTERS WHICH I CAN USE FOR APPLYING FOR A VISA?
You will need only one document for your VISA application from the Hungarian side - this is Final Letter of Admission.
I AM ACCEPTED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF MISKOLC. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO START MY STUDIES?
1. As soon as you have paid the tuition fee for your first semester, you will receive the FINAL LETTER OF ADMISSION, issued by the University of Miskolc. It confirms that you are accepted to study as a full-time/part-time student of the University of Miskolc and that you are accommodated in the UNI-Hotel on the campus of the University of Miskolc.
2. When you received your FINAL LETTER OF ADMISSION, you have to apply for a Hungarian VISA in your home country (nothing can be done once you are in Hungary). For this process you need several other documents as well – the list of these varies from country to country.
3. You have to arrive at the University of Miskolc by the first week of the semester, during the so-called registration week. You will be assigned a Hungarian and an international mentor students who will help you move into the UNI-Hotel and get to know the campus. Your mentor students will contact you prior to your arrival via e-mail or Facebook and they will also inform you how to contact the social network of the international students at the University of Miskolc.
